The 2016-2017 season of Christian Education kicked off with “Goodies and Greetings” on Sunday, Sept. 11. Youth and kids of all ages gathered in the church kitchen to make no-bake cookies and Rice Krispie treats to share with the congregation. The students also took turns making greeting cards, which will be distributed to residents in the local care home and assisted living centers.
Christian Education for Youth, grades 6 thru 12, will be held at 9:00 am every Sunday morning. Next week, the group will gather in Old Fellowship Hall, lower level.
Christian Education for children, grade 5 and under, will be held in the lower level at 10:15 each Sunday.
