Cinco De Mayo was celebrated a day early at FPC with a “Cuatro De Mayo” dinner, served on Sunday following the worship service. The Mexican feast was cooked by the sponsors and served by the TLights Youth Group as a fundraiser for their summer mission trip. The variety of dishes included crunchy and soft tacos, chicken and beef enchiladas, burritos, tortilla chips, queso, and fresh toppings. Following lunch, the dessert cart made an appearance at each table.
